• Device-Based Access: We use a device identifier to create a lightweight, device-based account so you can access your signatures and documents. We do not require a name, email address, or password unless you contact support.
• Signatures: All hand-drawn, typed, and scanned signatures you create along with styling choices, colors, and metadata so you can reuse them instantly.
• Documents: Files you import from your gallery, camera, or file system, plus any annotations, page order, and signed versions.
• Camera and Scans: When you use the camera or upload photos to capture a signature or document, we temporarily process the image to remove backgrounds and generate a clean digital version.
• Payments: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

We collect only the information needed to provide and operate Signature Maker.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only to:

• Create, store, and reuse your signatures.
• Create, sign, annotate, reorder, and share documents.
• Process camera uploads to generate clean digital signatures.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Signature Maker stores your signatures, documents, and annotations in our cloud backend so the app can function and your data stays available across sessions.

You can delete your data whenever you wish from within the app. Deleting the app removes local data, and deleting records inside the app removes them from our active systems within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Signature Maker to:

• Create or share illegal or harmful content.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the documents and signatures you create.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store account settings.

• Weekly subscription: $0.99 for the first week, then $4.99/week (auto-renews).
• Yearly subscription: $24.99/year (auto-renews).

Both plans unlock Premium benefits: unlimited signatures, unlimited documents, document annotation, and sharing tools.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and edit your data within the app.
• Delete your data at any time.
• Contact us for help with data requests or questions.

7. Children's Privacy

Signature Maker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
