2. Data and Security

We use a device identifier to create a lightweight, device-based account so you can access your signatures and documents across installs.

Your signatures (hand-drawn, typed, or scanned), imported documents, annotations, and any generated files are stored in our cloud backend to enable core functionality.

You can delete data at any time from within the app, and uninstalling removes local copies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the signatures and documents you create, sign, and share.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Signature Maker offers:

• A weekly subscription: $0.99 for the first week, then $4.99/week (auto-renews unless canceled).
• A yearly subscription at $24.99/year (auto-renewable).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings at any time.

Both plans unlock full Premium access, including unlimited signatures, unlimited documents, annotations, and sharing tools.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Intellectual Property

Signature Maker and its content (excluding user-created signatures and documents) are owned by Constantin Ginga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Signature Maker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for reviewing documents and signatures before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Maker and Constantin Ginga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or documents or decisions based on signatures or documents you generate.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to subscription features if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription, deleting your data, or uninstalling the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
